I followed the ingredients and found the taste of the cookie really bland. I wish I had critiques of folks who enhanced the cinnamon to two teaspoons. I wonder if the pumpkin pie spice seasoning would give even much more taste. Frosting was fantastic.
What variety of pumpkin stuff do you use? Pumpkin pie ready, or just typical pumpkin in the can
I agree with Rita . I employed 2 tsp. Of cinnamon! They are the best pumpkin cookies I’ve ever had!
We loved them. It took us much less than 24 hrs to eat them all.
Added 2 tsp. of cinnamon
Greatest pumpkin cookie receipe!! I have tried them all and finally found the very best 1.
Produced these today, one word. AHHHMAZING. Truthfully, so delightful, so soft. My daughter and husband dropped in and could not preserve their hands out of them! Daughter desires the recipe for her cookie exchange!
Scrumptious! Texture was tasty, fluffy and soft. My loved ones devoured them. As an alternative of one one/2 tsp of cinnamon I extra 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. I also cheated and employed a can of cream cheese frosting. All in all delicious. I will be making again, specially since my husband just ate them all.
Produced these with my three yr previous and 21 mo old grandsons. Took us a lengthy time. Lol!! But my!! what a wonderful time we had. We used the pumpkin spice in spot of the cinnamon, left the walnuts out (allergies) and the cookies were Wonderful. Possibly not perfectly round and all the exact same dimension however. We printed this recipe off and will make them yet again. We are generating little packages for them to give as presents. Oh and we produced a double batch simply because of all the outstanding critiques. Glad we did.
These are exceptional!! We made a double batch to give to our neighbors, and ended up generating 5 far more batches to consider to numerous functions and for residence munching. This recipe will certainly be a new seasonal tradition at our property! The only thing I did in a different way was use pumpkin pie spice alternatively of the cinnamon, and I added a pinch of salt to the icing.
