Stuffed pork chops


two tablespoons olive oil

two cloves garlic, chopped

one bag (six ounces) infant spinach

one/2 teaspoon salt

one/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/two teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 pound capocollo (spicy Italian ham), lower into small dice

1/4 pound provolone cheese, lower into tiny dice

one egg, lightly beaten

four thick-lower (1 one/four to 1 one/two inches) pork chops for stuffing (about two to 2 1/2 lbs total)
